How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60USD. For orders under $60USD, we offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 within the US, to Canada, UK, and Australia.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our team processes orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days for the US & Canada, 5-8 days for the UK, and 5-9 days for Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

What is your return policy?

Because our supplements are ingestible products sealed for your protection, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited or canceled once they have been shipped. Please double-check your order details and shipping information before confirming your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We also offer worldwide shipping options which will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my international order?

Shipping times vary by destination. For the United Kingdom, please allow 5-8 business days for shipping. For Australia, please allow 5-9 business days. Most other international orders arrive within 5–12 days, but this can vary depending on your location and local customs.

Does Tidelle pay for duties and customs?

The customer is responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their local customs agency. These potential charges are not included in the checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Are there order maximums for international orders?

We do not currently have specific order maximums for international shipments. However, we recommend being aware of your own country's import regulations for personal use supplements to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Are Tidelle's products clinically tested?

Tidelle products like Rhythm are formulated with clinically-studied ingredients backed by scientific research. Our advanced Korean formulation has gone through rigorous testing to ensure the best possible safety and efficacy.

Are Tidelle's products 3rd party tested?

Yes. We are committed to radical transparency. All of our products undergo third-party testing to ensure what's on the label is exactly what's in the bottle, verifying both purity and potency.

Where are Tidelle's products manufactured?

Our formulas are developed and formulated in partnership with leading R&D labs in South Korea to leverage the most advanced wellness science. The final manufacturing and encapsulation takes place in the USA in a cGMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facility to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.

 

Do Tidelle's products contain any fillers?

No. Tidelle products are intentionally clean and made without any unnecessary fillers or artificial additives. Every ingredient is carefully chosen for its efficacy and purpose.

How should I store my Tidelle products?

To maintain optimal freshness and potency, we recommend storing your Tidelle products in their original container, tightly sealed, in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid areas with high humidity, like bathrooms.

Can I use multiple Tidelle products at the same time?

Yes. Our products are designed to be a synergistic system. They can be used together to provide comprehensive support for your wellness goals. For example, many women pair Rhythm (for cycle support) and Steady (for stress support) for total-body balance.

Can I take my supplements after the expiration date?

For optimal benefits and potency, it’s best to use your Tidelle supplements before the expiration date printed on the bottle. While taking them shortly after is generally not harmful, their effectiveness may decline.

Can I use Tidelle products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive, we always advise consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider before taking Rhythm or any new supplement.

Can I use Tidelle products with alcohol?

While there are no known major interactions, we do not recommend taking Rhythm with alcohol. For best results, take your capsules with water.

How old do you have to be to use Tidelle products?

Our products are formulated for adults and are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

Can I open my capsule and mix it with water?

Yes. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can open them and mix the contents with water, a smoothie, or yogurt. This will not reduce the effectiveness, but keep in mind that our formulas contain potent botanicals, so the taste may be strong.
